Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 7 business days.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the case of the following:

• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return, you must share clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. Once our team reviews and approves the return, we will initiate a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available in the following cases:

• You received the wrong size
• You need a different size

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Products must be in original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

*Refund will be provided to your provided bank during the return or exchange.
