ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONTRACT FORMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email or SMS.
A Shipping Confirmation will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
A valid contract is considered formed only once we send your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, typically within the timeframe mentioned during checkout.
Most orders are delivered within 30 days of confirmation.
Delivery is considered successful once someone at the provided address signs for the package. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather or logistical challenges.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in INR and do not include delivery charges unless specified.
If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you to confirm before shipping.
We are not obligated to honor prices that are clearly incorrect.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your order within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene-sensitive items such as masks, caps, hats, innerwear, crop tops, tank tops, boxers, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers.
To initiate a return, email us at support@moveonn.co.in within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
Once approved by our support team, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
No return pickup fee of applies. Products purchased during sale events, festive clearances, or markdowns are not returnable or refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not available.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Select products are covered by a 3-month guarantee, valid for up to 50 washes.
This includes Supima Tees, Wide-Leg Sweatpants, Everyday Joggers, and Utility Pants.
The guarantee covers stitching issues, uneven dyeing, fading, excessive shrinkage, and defective printing.
Damage due to misuse, poor washing, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations is not covered.
If approved, we’ll arrange return pickup within 7 days and issue a replacement or refund via gift card.
FRAUD PREVENTION
We monitor return patterns to detect fraudulent activity.
Returns suspected of violating our policy will be rejected.
Fraudulent attempts may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
